Please read the following terms and conditions and the information contained on this site. Stay For Free act as your agent for the purpose of obtaining holiday accommodation.
Holiday accommodation is provided as per family size needs, for up to seven nights, subject to availability. All self contained accommodation and facilities are of a high standard and recipients are may avail to these as normal paying guests as per hotel / resort managements terms and conditions.
The holiday accommodation offer is open to home owning couples, married (or cohabiting for 2 years), in gainful employment and whose joint income exceeds £25000 per annum or those in receipt of a private pension which exceeds £25000 and between the ages of 25 and 70. Stay for Free reserve the right to refuse any application in the event that the applicants are not qualified.
During your holiday you, the qualifying couple will be required to take a free, guided tour together with an official holiday ownership representative showing the benefits, savings, logistics, cost and history. A representative will notify you of the day and time of your presentation, and it is imperative that this appointment is kept. The cost of your accommodation is subsidised on the condition that you take the tour on the given day. In the event that you do not take it you may be charged the full cost of your accommodation (maximum of £500)
Transfers to and from the airport are not included unless otherwise arranged with your booking consultant. Most resorts are only a short taxi ride from the airport and transfers can sometimes be booked, please ask your booking consultant to advise you if you are in any doubt.
On arrival at the hotel, a security deposit will be required by credit card only. Please ensure you have your credit card at check-in. This is fully refundable subject to the resort not incurring any damages.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and well to take part in this offer. If, in the event that you or your travelling companions are unable to travel due to pre-existing medical conditions, no refund of administration fees or deposits paid will be given
Should you need to cancel your holiday, Stay For Free must be informed in writing no later than 14 days before
your travel date. Failure to notify us will result in yourselves being charged the full cost of the accommodation
(maximum of £500).
Stay for Free has and will preserve to give optimum service by selecting high quality hotels, resorts and suppliers for their standards and credibility. Stay for Free reserves the right to substitute these for accommodation of equal or higher standard.
Booking fees are non refundable except if Stay for Free decline an application, in which instance booking fees will be fully refunded.
Stay for Free does not accept any liability for any damages, loss, delays or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences beyond its control, including but not limited to act of God, nature, sickness, local customs, law and politics, wilful or negligent acts and / or omissions of any person or companies who are not employees of Stay for Free in any event Stay for Frees liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount paid by way of booking fees.
Necessary health precautions, passport, visa and entry requirements for the country or countries to be visited are the sole responsibility of the traveller as Stay for Free cannot be held liable for these matters we suggest that you make enquiries with both your GP and the relevant passport and visa offices as far possible prior to travel.
