A. You are getting 7 nights luxury accommodation in a self catering apartment or villa on a 4 or 5* resort with all the usual facilities and services you would expect. There are spacious studios for 2 people, one bedroom units that sleep up to 4 people, two bedroom units that sleep up to 6 people and a limited number of 3 bedroom units that sleep up to 8 people.
A. Yes you can choose your date and destination subject to the usual availabilities.

A. Most of our apartments and villas have fully equipped kitchens or kitchen areas, please have a look at the resort directory for individual resort information.
A. Apart from your flights (which you can source yourself or book through our fully bonded travel partners Zephyr Holidays) and your booking fee the only other costs are things like food, excursions, and any other holiday extras you decide to have. Please note that you are not obliged to eat at any of the restaurants or purchase your meals onsite.
A. No, unfortunately not, these holidays are for certain qualifying couples and families only. You must either have been invited, been awarded a promotional holiday through a sponsoring company or applied by phone, post or e-mail. To take advantage of one of our offers you must fulfil the following criteria: Married or living together for a minimum of 3 years, home owners, aged between 25 and 65, on an annual income of at least £20,000.

A. The resorts you can choose from all have a host of swimming, shopping, eating, sporting and Spa facilities that often surpass those offered by many 5* Hotels. Our resorts are also very family orientated, whatever the size and shape of your family. They also have a multitude of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget and each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which allows families to eat in or out as much as they like. Some resorts even offer half board or all inclusive deals. All our resorts also offer daily maid service, 24 hour room service, and an onsite maintenance and security team just like a hotel, ideal for a truly safe and relaxing break or that midnight snack attack. Added to this some of our more family orientated resorts offer kid’s clubs, nannies and play facilities as all offer exceptional entertainment for both adults and children.
A. Our accommodation is in luxury self catering apartments and villas. Every apartment is of a high standard and most far more spacious than other accommodation types with apartments ranging in size from spacious studios for 2 people to large 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and villas. Some even have their own private pool. Each apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchen area, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a lounge and dining area with TV and music centre, daily or twice weekly maid service, plus all have a lovely patio, balcony or terrace with ocean, pool, or mountain views.
A. No, there is no obligation to eat or drink on the resort. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen or kitchen area so you can eat and drink in or out as you please.
A. Flights vary in price depending on destination, time of year, airport choice, and flight timings etc. Zephyr holidays can search and book the best flights for you using their extensive flight search systems, or you can source them yourself. Please see our Zephyr page for their contact details.

A. Of course you can, subject to the usual availabilities. Most resorts have apartments that sleep up to 6 people. If you wish to travel with a bigger group then give us a call for the latest availability, we may be able to arrange separate apartments for your friends and family (terms and conditions apply)
A. Yes, some of our resorts offer B&B, Half Board and Full Board, and some offer All Inclusive packages. Please call us for more information and prices.

A. You can book all your excursions either before you go or through the reception at the resort when you arrive or during your holiday.

We are able to offer you luxury accommodation from only £99 because everybody who takes advantage of one of our offers spends a couple of hours (at some point during their holiday) looking around the resort and the apartments on offer. You are under no obligation to buy or join anything all you have to do is look. Some people buy and some people don’t, it’s your choice. Looking doesn’t cost anything.
A. Apart from attending the resort hospitality tour at some point during your holiday you are free to enjoy your week as you please.

A. Once your accommodation is confirmed we will send you written confirmation of your holiday. On receipt of this you will be asked to send back a booking form along with payment of your booking fee.
A. Yes of course, as soon as we get confirmation from the resort we will send you out written confirmation of your holiday including lots of info on the resort you’re staying in.
